Payment And Refund Policy

This Payment and Refund Policy applies to all services provided by mediastrixly.org relating to on-screen presentation systems, including the building of readable graphics, organising visual layouts, preparing lower thirds and supporting clear live communication.

Payment Terms

Payments for our services are due in full at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card or other methods as specified at the time of purchase.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Refunds may be provided at our discretion where services have not been delivered or where a cancellation occurs prior to commencement. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Once services have commenced, including any preparatory work on graphics or layouts, refunds will not be available except in cases required by applicable law.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than fourteen days before the scheduled service date may qualify for a full refund minus any administrative fees. Cancellations within fourteen days will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
